Brick Street Bridal is located in the heart of downtown Zionsville, Indiana, at 40 N Main Street, Zionsville, IN 46077. Our boutique is just minutes from Indianapolis and Carmel, offering brides an elegant, intimate shopping experience close to home.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are strongly encouraged, especially on weekends, to ensure you receive a personalized, one-on-one experience. Walk-ins are welcome during weekday hours when available, but please note that the boutique may be closed during private bridal appointments.
How long are bridal appointments?
Our standard bridal appointments last 90 minutes (1.5 hours). This allows you and your stylist plenty of time to explore our curated collection of designer wedding gowns, try on your favorites, and say “yes” to your dream dress in a relaxed setting.
What is your price range for wedding dresses?
Our wedding gowns generally range from $1,000 to $4,000, with most dresses falling between $1,800 and $2,500. This allows brides to find a beautiful, designer gown that fits both their style and budget. If you have a specific price point in mind, our stylists are happy to guide you to options within your range during your appointment.
How many guests can I bring to my bridal appointment?
We recommend bringing up to 8 guests to share in your dress-shopping experience. Keeping your group small helps ensure you feel supported and focused while choosing your wedding gown.
What deposit is required when ordering my wedding dress?
When you find your perfect gown, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required to place your order. The remaining 40% balance is due when your dress arrives and is ready for pickup. This policy allows us to begin production and secure your gown directly from the designer.
What is your return or cancellation policy?
Because each gown is special-ordered, wedding dress deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final. Accessories such as veils, jewelry, and headpieces may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Do you offer alterations or rush orders?
Yes! We partner with trusted local seamstresses who specialize in bridal alterations to ensure your gown fits perfectly. Our team will gladly connect you with one of our recommended professionals once your dress arrives.
We can also accommodate rush orders for select designers, depending on your wedding date and production availability. Please reach out early in your planning process so we can review your timeline and explore all available options.

What to Expect
At our Zionsville bridal boutique, your bridal stylist will welcome you to a private, one-on-one appointment with your selected entourage. We provide complimentary refreshments to make your visit relaxed and enjoyable.
A Realistic Budget
Arrive with a clear idea of your wedding dress budget, including space for accessories, headpieces, veils, and alterations. Planning ahead helps you stay on track and find a gown that fits both style and budget.
Proper Undergarments, Hair, and Shoes
Bring a strapless or nude bra (or no bra) and any shapewear you plan to wear on your wedding day, a hair tie or clip to view necklines clearly, and shoes with a heel height similar to your wedding shoes for accurate dress length.
Sample Sizes & Fit Insight
Most of our sample gowns are sizes 12 and 14, with additional samples in sizes 10, 16, and 18, and a small selection in size 20+. Your stylist will help you find the best fit and guide you through options to visualize your perfect gown.
Inspiration and Entourage
Bring inspiration photos or a Pinterest board to show your style, and up to 8 supportive guests to share in your experience without overwhelming the appointment.
